Joe Dimaggio is perhaps best known for his 56-game hitting streak in 1941, but he also was a 3-time MVP winner and a 13-time All-Star (the only player to be selected for the All-Star Game in every season he played). He played his entire 13-year Major League Baseball career for the New York Yankees, and was elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1955. Offered here is a very rare single-signed photo baseball of this Yankee legend, which PSA/DNA has given a total grade of Mint 9. Along with his signature, he added his famous "Yankee Clipper" nickname. His flowing signature is almost perfectly signed (Mint 9). This, coupled with a just off snow-white colored baseball, gives the new owner of this baseball an item to display proudly in their collection.
While Joe DiMaggio index cards are not difficult to obtain, finding one with the inscription "N.Y. Yankees" is nearly impossible. The Yankee Clipper signed this index card in blue ink, and as always, very legible. This item comes encased in a PSA/DNA holder for protection and unquestioned authenticity.
